Having a collection tin in a business or shop on average can bring in £260 per year. Across just ten shops that could be £2,600 a year which will have a massive impact for our patients and staff.
You would need to feel confident approaching local businesses and shops around the hospital and your home to ask if they will display a collection tin. Every three months you would need to empty the tin and bring the money to Whittington Health Charity.
This is a very flexible role that can fit around your schedule and commitments.
It’s a flexible and fun way to help Whittington Health Charity as well as meeting new people. The team are super friendly and will be there to support you with your volunteering.
